Living Legacy

The inception of ACE stemmed from a deep-rooted commitment to uplifting and empowering both the community and its youth. The journey of Faustine's towards this endeavor began organically, evolving through years of engagement, from coaching basketball for over 15 years to assisting individuals in crafting their business logos and navigating the complexities of establishing their LLCs. Witnessing the transformative power of encouragement and support, I recognized a pressing need within my community—an imperative to boldly affirm one's worth and potential. Guided by a profound desire to illuminate pathways to success and fulfillment, I embarked on a mission to provide resources and opportunities for individuals to realize their dreams and aspirations.

My personal journey has been profoundly influenced by the legacy of my mother, Victoria Casey McDonald—a testament to Black history in Appalachia. Her resilience and determination serve as a beacon, illuminating the significance of purpose and faith in navigating life's challenges. Growing up witnessing her unwavering strength and compassion, I learned the importance of resilience and the transformative power of empathy. Her legacy instilled in me a deep sense of responsibility to carry forward her spirit of resilience and advocacy for those marginalized and overlooked by society.

Through Victoria Casey McDonald's example, I discovered my own purpose—to serve as a catalyst for positive change, a testament to God's unwavering presence and guidance. It became clear that my experiences were not merely survival but a manifestation of divine grace, a calling to embody hope and resilience for those marginalized and overlooked by society.

With unwavering faith and determination, ACE was born—a testament to the power of believing in oneself and embracing one's journey with courage and conviction. It stands as a beacon of hope, reminding individuals that they possess the strength and resilience to overcome adversity, with faith as their compass and determination as their guiding force.
